Oh, I can’t wait to show you what your new home will look like! I want to walk you down the tree lined street of Perry Ave. Sidewalks peppered with dogwood trees, established yards, new homes with renovated old homes, old charm with new features, and so much more! I want to show you the ease of walking to Main Street, Greenville and grabbing a brew at The Whale or maybe catching a game at The Drive Stadium and then dinner at Mac’s. No need for Ubers as your walk is short to your new home! We all love details and this charmer boosts so many neat features. The custom elements are endless, classy, and well designed. Charleston style setting is simply perfect for this City Home. So many builders are doing townhomes and condo’s. Not this builder! Enjoy a single family home with a 2 car garage, with no monthly HOA fee! Coming inside you will enjoy the open floor plan. Hardwoods, of course, set the stage. Cozy fireplace will warm the room. Kitchen is professionally done with tile backsplash, granite, and stainless appliances. There is a HUGE walk in pantry that should you prefer could be turned into an office. Access to the first level porch is from the family room. It will be long and wide! Bring outdoor furniture and enjoy the sounds of the city. There will be a small yard area. Just enough to walk the pet in the early mornings. Back inside and up the steps are all the bedrooms. The master is to be oversized with a big walk in closet and an amazing master bath. The wet room is sure to please. Details will be well crafted allowing for both function and charm. Access to the second level porch will be from your master. Enjoy coffee as the sun comes up over the city taking in all the sounds as the day awakes. Back inside the guest bedrooms are split from the master allowing for lots of privacy when folks come to stay! Being that you are in downtown Greenville, folks are going to want to come enjoy your city! All bedrooms give walk-in closets. The guest bath will be well sized with good functionality. A laundry room will be located on the second level as well. This will make chores a breeze. There is plenty of time to bring your own vision into this home. These builders will work directly with you to make YOUR dreams come true and what you would like in your new home. While they have tons of ideas, they are also open to hearing yours! This builder has completed several homes down Perry Ave and in the Greenville City area. I would love to walk you through a few so that your thoughts will match what the builder does. Living in the City will provide you with lots of things that are very GREENVILLE. Try dinner at Rick Erwin’s or Soby’s, a work out at the Kroc Center, a short walk to the Art District, the new Unity Park, Falls Park, all the local brewery’s, and so much more. I have lots to share with you and show you as the builder starts the 9 month construction process and I certainly would enjoy telling you more. Give me a call today and let me get you HOME!

History

The Greenville area served as hunting grounds of the Cherokee Indians until its first European settler, Richard Pearis, arrived in 1770. Greenville County was established after the Revolutionary War, in 1786, and settlers poured into the area. By 1795, the village centered on a log courthouse built near the Reedy River Falls, and the city’s name was later changed to Greenville after Revolutionary War hero, Nathanael Greene. By 1910, Greenville was a thriving cotton town, as grist mills were built along the banks of the Reedy River in the 1830s and the railroad arrived to town in the 1850s. Thousands of Scots-Irish tenant farmers moved to Greenville to seek jobs in the mills, which spelled the beginning of the area’s textile boom. This continued through the 1920s and into the late 1960s. Construction executives lured new industries to the area in the ‘60s, including automotive and tire companies.
