Welcome to one of the most gentle lakefront homesites in Keowee Key. Originally built as a passive solar home, this custom home has enjoyed a wonderful renovation. The addition of a Sunroom with vaulted wood ceilings and a wall of glass is the most significant change as well as the new, covered dock and extensive main level deck and the terrace level covered and open patio along with extensive landscaping. New exterior windows and doors installed (with the exception of one small triangular window in the kitchen) are in place, new stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and the wonderful addition of the Sunroom that spans the lakeside of the house and showcases the expansive views of Lake Keowee. Cathedral wood ceiling and the walls of windows add so much beauty to this home. The back yard is a gentle walk to the existing covered dock. The Master bedroom and bath are on one side of the home and a guest bedroom is on the opposite side with its one bath. There are a powder room and laundry as well. The terrace level is bright and airy and features the 3rd bedroom and a full bath. This space is large and open and features a corner fireplace that does not obstruct any of your views. Your outdoor living experience is the covered porch and expansive patio. This is where the family has entertained approximately 60 family members. The family has 2 car garage and easy driveway. The 583+- sq. ft. addition was completed by Corey Arnold of Arnold Builders. The kitchen range is propane; two mini-split systems are less than 2 years old an operate off of one condenser, the driveway has been redone, an irrigation system added, enhanced drainage under their ownership, a powder room added and a 3rd full bath. Their renovations were approximately $260,000and they have enjoyed all of them immensely! There are two new HVAC systems as well as two new mini-split systems off of one compressor and a new heat pump and air handler (approximately 2 years old). The yard is a garden leading to Lake Keowee. The information provided is deemed to be correct. Please verify.
