Welcome to the Fleetwood. This is an absolutely awesome floor plan. This craftsman style basement home sits privately as the only home to be built in the cul-de-sac. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths this home offers so much. As you enter the home, you will be hit with a very impressive 2-story foyer that shows off the oak and iron stair rails and leads you either the spacious family room with gas log fireplace or to the formal dining room. There is both formal and casual dining in this home. The open kitchen features loads of cabinet and granite counter space including an island-bar. Stainless steel gas 5-burner range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher are included. The kitchen tiled backsplash is striking. Hardwood floors run throughout the main living areas of the home. Upstairs is the owner's suite with full bath, double granite sinks, separate shower and garden tub, ceramic tile floor, and walk-in closet. There are two more bedrooms upstairs along with a sizeable bonus room. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs next to a 3rd full bath. The full unfinished basement is a walk out with interior access. Stubbed for future plumbing. The Fleetwood has double carriage style garage doors complete with door openers. This lot is just under .30 acres. This is also a Smart Home featuring the Home is Connected package. All homes are covered with a 10-year structural home warranty from the largest Builder in the Nation. Meadow Ridge is tucked away from the noise, but close to everything Easley has to offer including quick access to highways, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Early settlers were known to call the community Rockville by the year 1791, and the name was changed to Pickensville shortly after. The railroad arrived to the area in 1874, sparking yet another name change for this small town. The railroad reached a nearby town called Easley just two miles away, causing commerce and business to move from Pickensville to Easley. In 1875, a new charter was granted to the entire area, adopting its current name.

In 1953, Easley Textile Company, later known as Swirl Inc., came to Easley, which brought many jobs for residents. This company created the “Swirl” wrap dress, which was a successful and much-needed boost for the local economy. And in 1956, Saco Lowell, a manufacturer of yarn production equipment, built a plant in Easley. At this point, the infrastructure of Easley began to expand, as the construction of US-123 brought new business into the city.
