Nestled in the beautiful area of Powdersville, framed with rolling hills, beautiful landscapes, and mountain views is the home I know you have been looking for! This small neighborhood is boasting one of its own For Sale. This Charmer was built in 2016 with tons of Bells and Whistles! I know it is hard to find a home with a 3 car garage but this one HAS IT! Begging you in are beautiful floors and really large rooms. The dining room is big enough for Grandma’ hutch and the added leaf to the dining room table. The family room and kitchen are all opened to each other. Carpets are practically brand new! The flooring is beautiful. I love the really tall windows that allow for tons of natural lighting and a view of your private back yard. The kitchen gives you lots of granite counter space, many cabinets, and a HUGE breakfast bar area. I love the wall ovens! For those who enjoy cooking the gas stove is amazing! The family room is oversized and offers a cozy gas fireplace. Access to the deck is off the kitchen. This makes the Grill Master feel right at home. Bring an umbrella table and a few chairs. As summer gives way to fall I can just see you having dinners outside and under the stars. Back inside and still on the main level is a big laundry room. You have space for additional storage and to actually do chores. Up the steps and located on the second level are all the bedrooms. The master boast double closets, plenty of space, and a private bath. This bath gives you a big walk in shower and double sinks. The tile work is nicely done. The additional 3 guest rooms are all well sized with BIG closets for plenty of storage. The guest bath has double sinks. Kids will love this! Located at the end of the hall is a bonus room. This could easily be a 5th bedroom suite if needed. Or bring your flat screen TV and sectional sofa. Turn this into the teen hang-out or Man Cave! You decide. Back down stairs and into the basement (YES, there is an unfinished basement too) you have room to TINKER and play. This space could hold your cars, storage for items, or you can finish it off for even MORE square footage. Most of the items needed to complete this area have already been done. It is plumbed for another bathroom too. From the basement is a patio area under the upstairs deck. If you finished the basement you could almost have 2 total separate living areas. If you need private space for someone that may live with you this home has it! 3 Grace is located in the Anderson School District area. This not only provides you access to award wining schools it give you a great community feel with plenty of activities for the kids. Major Interstates are close by giving you the ability to be in Downtown Greenville OR Anderson within about 15 minutes. Shopping, restaurants, and some of the best activities in the area are only minutes away. Bring yourself out to 3 Grace Court…..Lucky you to have found it!

Early settlers were known to call the community Rockville by the year 1791, and the name was changed to Pickensville shortly after. The railroad arrived to the area in 1874, sparking yet another name change for this small town. The railroad reached a nearby town called Easley just two miles away, causing commerce and business to move from Pickensville to Easley. In 1875, a new charter was granted to the entire area, adopting its current name.

In 1953, Easley Textile Company, later known as Swirl Inc., came to Easley, which brought many jobs for residents. This company created the “Swirl” wrap dress, which was a successful and much-needed boost for the local economy. And in 1956, Saco Lowell, a manufacturer of yarn production equipment, built a plant in Easley. At this point, the infrastructure of Easley began to expand, as the construction of US-123 brought new business into the city.
