Winters Hankins

I am a full time real estate broker and I absolutely love helping people with their real estate needs.  Having worked a long career in intellectual property, then as a public school teacher, I bring to the real estate industry the ability to understand the needs of buyers/sellers and the patience to help them reach their real estate dreams. 

When not working my fabulous job, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family.  I love vegetable gardening and adore all species of flowers!  Being a true country girl, it's normal to catch me walking around outside bare feet.  Who knows anything about Snow Hill, NC? When I taught school, I had a motto that I used every school year and have carried this same quote into my real estate journey.  The great Maya Angelou once said, “When you learn, teach. When you get, give.” This is how I do business.  I will be loyal to you! I will work hard for you!  I will give you honesty.
