Tracey earned her North Carolina Real Estate License in 1998, with the South Carolina License coming soon after. Tracey enjoyed many years as a Realtor, helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their homeownership dreams. Her passion led her to begin training new agents, eventually moving full time into a Leadership Position where she now is able to focus on helping agents grow their own business, provide training, and focus on recruiting.
Ms. Stehle believes passionately in giving back to the community. She has held several positions for North Mecklenburg Rotary and earned many awards for her fundraising efforts through the years. Tracey is a former Planning Board Chair for Cornelius, and a 2018 "Business Woman of the Year" as honored by Business Today.
With the Allen Tate Company, Tracey has been honored with some achievements she is proud of, including "Rising Star", "Community Involvement", "Recruiting", " Phoenix" and "Branch Performance". She has also headed up various fundraising efforts for the company.
"I am so grateful to be a part of a company that has my back and gives me the support needed to help the agents and the Huntersville Branch continue to grow." says Tracey.
Outside of the office, you'll most likely find Tracey on a golf course, at the Pilates studio, or paddle boarding on Lake Norman.
