An award winning Realtor, licensed in 1993, Teri's passion has been to identify promising candidates to become real estate brokers, train, coach and support them in their efforts to launch successful real estate careers. In addition to being a general sales agent, she has held positions as V.P. of Career Development, Managing/Qualifying Broker, and Buffini Certified Coach, making her uniquely qualified to understand the challenges facing real estate brokers, while processing the skills and experience to assist them in the development of their professional real estate careers.
Prior to her real estate career, Teri was Vice President of a marketing and design firm. She studied special education at Auburn University. On spring and fall Saturday mornings you can find Teri pursing her other passion, by coaching special needs baseball on the Miracle League Baseball field in Cary. She has also completed three 3-Day, 60 mile Breast Cancer Walks in Atlanta, Denver and Minneapolis. An active member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Teri serves on the Community Service Committee. Currently Teri serves on the Board of Directors for Raleigh Regional Association of Reatlors and is the 2020 President of the Realtor Foundation of Wake County working to move homeless familes into a home of their own and assisting our neighbors with various programs. Also, holding the office of VP of Membership and various other positions on the Metro South Association of Realtors, she has developed a well-rounded perspective of the real estate field.
