There are times when you need to stop , and take time to praise and thank those in leadership. I have enjoyed being a part of Robert's team of agents. He does his best to help us all succeed. He is a hands on leader, available when you have questions, and helps with training. It is not uncommon to see him pushing up his sleeves, and moving furniture around the office. Thank you, Robert, for all you do - your hard work does not go unnoticed!
Robert is an excellent leader and mentor for new agents. He makes meetings enjoyable and provides us with advice and tools to help our business grow. I feel very fortunate to be working with someone so patient and supportive.
Robert Smith is one of the best! He is a compassionate and stronger leader for the Greensboro Branch of the Allen Tate company. He strives to provide the best for his associates and for his fellow leaders. He is a roll-up your sleeves, let's get this done kind of guy! It is truly an honor and a privilege to work with him everyday.

Robert Smith is a leader who is so well liked and respected by so many. He is someone who is so thoughtful in his approach, whether it be on a personal or business matter, to give you the very best of himself for successful outcomes. He is also a great listener who works so consistently to provide his team the very best accessibility and support. A military veteran who understands the definition of commitment and making a difference in people's lives daily.
Robert Smith has proved to be a strong and reliable leader in our office. I have always felt confident that he "has my back" when dealing with transaction concerns. He is readily accessible and I have developed a deep respect for him. Kudos!

Congratulations Jennifer on yet another successful relocation story with a fairy tale happy ending! "We moved from South Carolina to North Carolina into the Triad. Having no knowledge of the area we began to look at homes and the cities, trying to figure out where to live. Then we met Jennifer Wooten. She allowed us the freedom to take our time, look at all options and has patience galore. In the midst of the hunt she clearly understood what we were looking for in our next home. She is gracious, kind, and knows the Triad. She handled everything professionally, and was always timely in her response. Thank you Jennifer! We love our new "cottage in the wood" !
Congratulations Jennifer! Michael and Nicole Ball shared very enthusiastically their home buying experience with us today!"We met Jennifer on accident. We were driving around looking at houses we had viewed on Zillow and Realtor.com. We had passed a house she was selling and just wanted some basic info. On a Saturday evening, around 6 pm, Jennifer came over (she only lived across the street but still, on a Saturday!) and showed us around. We then stood and talked for the better part of half an hour. We hadn't had a great experience with a realtor a friend had matched us with. Within that 30 minutes, Jennifer became our favorite person. As a couple trying to find their first home, we had no idea what we were doing. Even before she was our realtor, Jennifer gave us loads of advice and helpful information from what to look for, what we needed and didn't need based on our plan, different programs to look into based on being first time homeowners and more. The second we got in the car after meeting her, we knew she was sent straight from heaven. We called a few days later asking if she would help us in our home search. She took us from house to house, always very honest in what her thoughts were. We wanted all the information we could receive and she willingly provided it, including answering all questions we had (and there were a lot) and taking us to every house we wanted to see (also a lot). She was there through our triumphs, tribulations, and frustrations. She helped us visualize and identify things we couldn't see. And most importantly, she found us our home. Jennifer had made mental notes of what we were looking for and where. She heard a brand new listing and got us in right away. Two days later, we were under contract. But it didn't stop there, Jennifer came to our home inspection to be the translator and outline what everything meant, what needed to be done immediately, and what to add to the contract. She held our hand and listened to our frustrations through the closing process (there were a lot). And came to both sessions of our closing. I say all of those words to sum it up with: Jennifer was our Godsend in this process. We adore her. We wouldn't be homeowners without her. Thank you, Jennifer for being so kind to these crazy kids."
Congratulations Jennifer! John shared some warm reflections of his family's home buying experience with you."I don't know what we would have done without your hard work, patience, diligence, positive attitude and encouragement."
Great job Carol! David & Lisa Sinacore shared an enthusiastic testimonial of their relocation experience with you. "Carol gave us a tour of the High Point area to prepare us for a future move to the area. We decided to pursue building a home. Despite the fact that the lot purchase would be a much smaller sale for her, she devoted a great amount of time to us and our purchase. We look forward to our move because if Carol is any indication of the High Point community we are so happy to be living there. Thank you so much! " Lisa and David Sinacore
Robert works so incredibly hard to provide constant support and knowledge to all the agents within Allen Tate. Our company would not be as strong and successful if we didn't have him. I attribute my success to Robert who helped me from the very start of my real estate career. I truly can't thank him enough!
