About Me
Nicole Brown-Hardy comes to Allen Tate Realtors after more than 15 years at the senior management level in Corporate America. Originally from Long Island, New York, Mrs. Brown-Hardy has lived in the Raleigh-Durham area since 2010 and represents both buyers and sellers across the Triangle area.
As a realtor, Mrs. Brown-Hardy brings not only her education and training in real estate but also her decades of experience as both a home buyer and home seller herself. Real estate is a second profession for Mrs. Brown-Hardy, who spent her early career climbing the corporate ladder with a Fortune 500 company. As she took on progressive roles with more and more responsibility, she relocated her family a number of times, so she understands the unique needs of relocation buyers. Nicole is a busy mother of two, is very active in her children’s schools, and is a tireless community volunteer. A graduate of Norfolk State University, Mrs. Brown-Hardy holds a degree in Mass Communication with a minor in business.

We had a challenging time trying to purchase our new home. We went from looking at Brand new construction 2018 to the preferred Lender never getting back to us, to running out of time to move. Nicole found us a rent to own house in the area we wanted to be in and all the features we wanted, since we had to move. Until the day she call the owner’s realtor and he informed her they decided not to sell. Of course we don’t want to rent for another year. Nicole started her search. To our surprise she found us the house we previously looked at it with the basement. We actually looked at the lot 1 1/2 yr a half ago when they were clearing it off the land and the lender never got back to us. We immediately put our money down and started the process. The house was completed and a week before close the lender tells us he hit a snag. Long and behold Nicole found us plan B and started the process over. This lender costs us in 15days only 10 Days after our initial timeframe. Plus gave us closing money like the preferred lender, etc. Needless to say we closed on a brand new home, the home we looked at 1 1/2 ago, received free appliances, still was able to do walk through and right across the street from the rental home. We are still in the same area. Nicole stuck by us from beginning to end until we closed. She never gave up, Always was available, and always had options ready in case. She was there every step of the way. What a thanksgiving gift! We closed 2days before Thanksgiving! Way to go Nicole! We are very grateful and appreciative for what you did for our family!
