Nicole Brown-Hardy comes to Allen Tate Realtors after more than 15 years at the senior management level in Corporate America. Originally from Long Island, New York, Mrs. Brown-Hardy has lived in the Raleigh-Durham area since 2010 and represents both buyers and sellers across the Triangle area.
As a realtor, Mrs. Brown-Hardy brings not only her education and training in real estate but also her decades of experience as both a home buyer and home seller herself. Real estate is a second profession for Mrs. Brown-Hardy, who spent her early career climbing the corporate ladder with a Fortune 500 company. As she took on progressive roles with more and more responsibility, she relocated her family a number of times, so she understands the unique needs of relocation buyers. Nicole is a busy mother of two, is very active in her children’s schools, and is a tireless community volunteer. A graduate of Norfolk State University, Mrs. Brown-Hardy holds a degree in Mass Communication with a minor in business.
Why real estate? Why now? Mrs. Brown-Hardy says, "I've always been praised for my ability to listen and understand needs, to work hard and deliver as promised, for being responsive and trustworthy, and for paying attention to the details. If that doesn't sound like the kind of realtor you want to work with," she laughs, "I don't know what does!" With a track record of success in business combined with her love of the area, her passion for real estate, and her desire to help people in transition, Mrs. Brown-Hardy is the one to watch in Raleigh-Durham's residential real estate market. She wants to be your realtor for life, pledges to treat you like family, and is there to support you "beyond the sale."
