I had a very tall order to fill. I needed to find, purchase, and close on a house in the greater Rock Hill/Fort Mill area within a five week window to coincide with the start date for my new job in York (moving from Akron, OH). I was put in contact with Morgan by my relocation consultant during Tuesday of Thanksgiving week and she quickly contacted me that afternoon. After we discussed my needs, wants, and timeline, she immediately started e-mailing me info for corresponding properties in the area. About a week later, I traveled down to the area and Morgan and I spent 3 solid days looking at about 30 properties that matched my criteria. By late Wednesday of that week, I found a house that pretty much met all of my wants and needs. Morgan was not only instrumental in helping me to find the right house in Clover, but she also prepared the offer late that night, which we reviewed on Thursday morning, submitted later that day, and which was accepted that night. In addition, she was a huge help with coordinating and successfully pulling everything else together fairly quickly (all of the paperwork, interactions with the selling realtor and the homeowners, the home inspection, the resulting fixes needed for the house, and setting up the closing). I just closed on my new house last week. Morgan did a fantastic job and helped my every step of the way. I highly recommend her. I could not have done better or be happier.

Moving to South Carolina as retirees was difficult but finding the right home was even harder. But Mrs. Taylor took on that task with much patience , love, and care to meet our needs as this would be our retirement home. As issues arose , she took care of them immediately.
