I first began to call North Carolina home in 1989 when my family relocated to Raleigh. 30 years later, I strongly believe the Triangle has grown and evolved into one of the best places in the country to live and raise a family.
With such a large number of agents in the area, I have found that first hand experience in the community, along with knowledge in the construction field are key elements to success. Both aspects are often critical components whether you’re buying or selling a home. Prior to earning my brokers license and stepping into the real estate field in 2016, I worked extensively in both new and existing residential construction - focusing specifically on carpentry, electrical and plumbing. My strong construction background allows me to pass on valuable information to my clients, which in turn, allows them to make more informed decisions.
My approach to real estate is simple and intertwined with my own core beliefs. I choose to guide my clients with honesty and integrity. I am a firm believer that honest, open communication is absolutely critical for success for both parties. Effective communication is vital and, is therefore, a fundamental aspect of my business model. Listening to client needs and appropriately responding to them in a timely manner makes all the difference. I strive to make each and every interaction with my clients worthwhile because, after all, time is important to everyone. In such a fast-paced market, time is precious and knowing how and when to put your best foot forward can often help you stay one step ahead.
Whether you are thinking about buying or selling, rest assured that I will use my industry background and relationships in the community to help you make the best decisions for you and your family. I look forward to serving any and all of your real estate needs in the Triangle area and beyond!
