“One of a kind”

“Hands down, the best agent we have ever worked with”

"Very responsive and knows how to maximize value in an increasingly challenging market. Highly recommend!"

I am proud to say these are just a few ways my clients have described their experience partnering with me as their realtor. I believe the key to my success is my connection to my clients. I have an honest, transparent approach to the client/broker relationship – whether buying or selling- my clients know and trust that I am always working in their best interests.

I have been a part of the Allen Tate family as a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina for more than 27 years. Originally from Wisconsin, I have lived in Florida and California but chose the beautiful Carolinas to call home. My husband, Adam, and I are long-time residents of the Charlotte area. We have raised our two children in the Wesley Chapel/Waxhaw area and currently reside in Union county with our sweet rescue dog. Now empty nesters, we’re proud of our children, Amanda and Garrett, who live and work in Raleigh and Long Island, respectively.

Whether you’re relocating to the area, looking for a starter home, seeking the perfect neighborhood, downsizing, helping an elderly parent manage their next move or even need help finding a rental, I can help!  I understand home buying and selling is intensely personal and always a major life milestone.  My goal for you is to have the most positive experience as possible by applying my resources and years of experience!

Beyond navigating the complexities of real estate sales, I’m focused and detail-oriented throughout the home search, contract and purchase process. I take pride in always being responsive and hands-on every step of the way; I listen carefully to every client and drive the process to get timely and satisfactory results.

Understanding that it’s more than just buying a house – I help my clients find exactly what they want in their new home. We work together to align their “wish list” – from location, price point, design features, amenities – with properties to suit their needs. I enjoy taking the extra steps to help families who are new to the area, with relocations, short term housing, choosing schools, settling in to their new community and guiding clients to make the best decisions for this major life investment.

As a seller’s agent, I closely monitor local market trends, and understand how to competitively price and market a home to sell quickly. As a skilled negotiator with expertise and extensive history buying and selling in the Charlotte market, I enjoy an outstanding reputation with my clients, and am well-respected among my peers in the real estate industry who appreciate my professionalism and trust my judgement.

I value the long-standing relationships I have with my clients, as well as with other local agents, contractors and professionals who collaborate with me throughout the process to ensure the best and most beneficial experience possible.

It’s always exciting to meet and help transplants to the Charlotte area. Personally I’m proud to say I’m a Wisconsin “Cheesehead” and live my Midwestern values of hard work and integrity every day. In my free time I enjoy boating, paddle-boarding, reading, attending local events such as NASCAR and the Charlotte Symphony, cooking and spending time with my family. During football season you’ll find me cheering on my hometown Carolina Panthers but remain a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers.

Giving back to the community is important to me. My volunteer work spans years in nonprofit leadership positions. In particular, I helped to establish and extensively fundraise for my local middle and high school band booster organization, support the Union Symphony Youth Orchestra (USYO) and Charlotte Youth Symphony Orchestra (CYSO), and work with local dog rescue groups.

Staying connected throughout Charlotte enables me to help my clients establish their own roots in the community.

Licensed in North and South Carolina
