As the Branch Leader of the regional Greenville Downtown Allen Tate office, I am responsible for recruiting, managing, training and developing new and experienced agents. I strive to partner with each agent on their desired business goals and dreams.
Help agents develop comprehensive business plans; set agents goals and objectives; conduct meetings; identify agent training needs and development plans.
Source and recruit new agents following company recruiting plan;
Train agents in all aspects of the sales process; conduct regular office training classes to ensure agents are proficient in generating business in the 5 major categories (sphere of influence, listing and buyer presentations, for sale by owner and expired listings, direct mail, scripts and dialogs).
Follow company marketing initiatives; provide ideas, guidance and support to agent marketing campaigns; develop and execute office marketing campaigns.
Take responsibility for the growth and profitability of the office; maintain expenses, planning and budgeting.
In my downtime I enjoy sneaking off to Hilton Head Island, hiking with my husband Tyler and dog Lucy, and helping family relocated to beautiful Greenville.
