About Me
A Georgia native, Julie was a Realtor ® with a leading real estate firm in Atlanta for seven years prior to making the move to Highlands to join Pat Allen Realty Group. Demonstrating a stellar track record and a commitment to excellence, Julie received the Rookie of the Year award in 2008 and was the recipient the Atlanta Board of Realtors Five Star Circle of Service Award in 2008, 2010 and 2011. She was named the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Atlanta chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2010 and was one of the youngest brokers ever to be elected to the Atlanta Board of Realtors Board of Directors.
Julie has earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist, something she holds dear to her heart as she worked with seniors as an occupational therapist for the Mayo Clinic for 10 years prior to transitioning into real estate. Julie served as the President for the Highlands Cashiers Board of Realtors in 2020 and is a Director with the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society Board of Directors.
Julie is an avid UGA fan and supporter, attending the University of Georgia for undergraduate training. She earned an MBA in 2002. She is an animal lover and is a supporter of the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society. She truly appreciates people, values and respects the relationships she builds with others and seeks to make the home buying and/or selling process enjoyable for the clients for whom she works.
Julie and her mother, Pat Allen, work as a team and were the #1 Sales Team in Highlands and the #12 Small Team in the State of NC in 2020.
