I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy Ordan. Our experience with him was amazing. I really appreciate how straight forward he was with us and really making sure we understood what we were getting with each house. I would like to give a couple examples that exemplify how great he is at making sure you get what you want. First, there were many times where I wanted to see a house from looking online and he mentioned that he believes I would not like it based on preferences that I previously shared with him. My stubbornness would still lead us to see it in person and he was never wrong. Second, there were a couple houses that I liked that ended up being on the flood plain and he strongly encouraged us not to pursue those homes so we didn’t have to go through the hassle of floods and flood insurance. The last and best example that I have is the most important. He picked out the perfect house for us. After looking at a good number of homes and really getting to know us, he found a house that literally had everything on my long list of must haves. I literally got everything I wanted and more at a discount. Jeremy's negotiation skills are superb. It also started with first being quick to act and then being good at negotiating. He found us an inventory home selling $20K under market value. He then negotiated for us to have all new blinds, a large backyard patio, and a huge backyard deck all for no extra cost. He also helped me negotiated between a half a dozen mortgage lenders to get the best rate and maximum amount of money towards closing costs. Lastly and definitely not least, I don't feel like I just gained a real estate contact, I feel like I gained a lifelong mentor.
