I never write testimonials but Jennifer definitely deserves one. I have never worked with a realtor who goes so far beyond just listing our home. When I met Jennifer, I told her I could not list the house for a few months but she took the time to come and tell us what she would do for us. I was so impressed with her, I knew she was the one we’d give the listing to and once we signed the paperwork, she got right to work. Jennifer put me in contact with someone to come stage the house and gave me other tips. Once we signed a contract, she did not stop there. The buyers’ lender delayed the closing several times and Jennifer stayed on top of everything, texting or calling me with updates and status for the closing. She made sure the closing document was correct and if changes were needed, she took the initiative to have it corrected and always keeping me in the loop.
