My name is Jenna, and I would love nothing more than to help you buy or sell your next property. I was born and raised in upstate NY, and first realized how much I loved NC when I went to college at UNCW in Wilmington NC. After college, I spent 10+ years managing rental property in NY and FL while living primarily on the coast of sunny Florida. My dream was always to return to NC though and in 2016 my family and I did just that. I have since spent much of my time living in and loving all that the Triangle area has to offer. While I'm currently only licensed in NC, I previously held my license and practiced residential and commercial real estate in both NY and FL as well.
Growing up I was usually on construction sites with my dad, or in the office at one of the properties we managed. I'm fourth generation in a family of real estate brokers, developers and property managers. A lot of people say real estate is their passion, and it's probably true, but honestly, real estate is all I've ever really known. I idolized my grandfather and my dad while growing up- I enyved how they "knew it all". They could build a building from the ground up, rent it, manage it, and buy or sell it. I consider myself blessed to have had such amazing mentors who taught me much of what I know today, and whose knowledge I still rely on. They were my inspiration to become a licensed broker in 3 states, as well as a licensed General Contractor and a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Today, when I'm not out helping clients relocate, sell their current home, or find their new dream home, you can find me working as a project manager with my father and sister where we help clients design and renovate their existing homes, and fix up and flip homes of our own. My two careers often cross paths, but whether I'm on the renovation side or the brokerage side, one thing remains constant, I absolutely love dedicating myself to helping clients find and fall in love with a home they are excited to make memories in for many years to come. When I'm not working you'll find me spending time with my husband Jason, our two daughters Isla and Iris, and our 3 goofy rescue dogs. Outside of real estate, my life revolves whole heartedly around faith, family, and fitness. We spend most of our evenings with time split between our Crossfit gym and our daughter's gymnastics academy. And in my free time, I volunteer and support efforts surrounding animal welfare and rescue, which has always been near and dear to my heart.
Relocating? I'm your person. Not only am I Certified Relocation Specialist, I've relocated myself for work (and for my spouse's career) a few times. I can relate on a very personal level. I get just how overwhelming and crazy it can be and what all it entails, but also how exciting it can be at the same time. Let me help you handle the craziness, let me help you discover how a new place can so easily start to feel like home, so you and your family can spend your time focusing on the excitement.
Considering buying or selling in the Triangle area? I'd love nothing more than to help you and your family find the place you get to call home and build your memories from. No one will work harder for you.
Let me be your broker today, and your contact for life... our relationship doesn't end when the deal closes, I'll always be only a phone call away. I pride myself on being someone you can reach out to at any time during our transaction and long after our business deal closes. I promise to work hard for you now, and be there for you and your family for the years to come.
