Jeff did an exceptional job helping me through what I believe was a rather complex purchase of property in the Townville area. There were a number of areas in which things were not very clear on this property, and Jeff absolutely went over and above in making sure all was addressed properly and to my satisfaction. He provided guidance through the negotiation process as well as advice on what, how and who to interface with with regards to Anderson County's needs, Duke Power, gas company, attorneys, etc. Jeff walked the property with me several times, brought his 4 wheeler out so my wife and I could ride the property, physically spent the equivalent of 2-3 man days with me during the pond/spillway/dam evaluation, even getting in the pond himself on more than one instance to assist in dam evaluation. I could not possibly ask for more from a realtor and indeed would have never expected the level of support he provided. To say that he exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Allen Tate should be commended for having someone of this caliber working for them. I will, and have already, recommended Jeff to other folks I know that are looking for a good realtor. He's clearly one of the best.
