My experience with Hannah Morris was more than excellent , it was more than perfect. I will never use another agent in the future because Hannah will be my number one choice. She was willing to go further and beyond her duties as a buyers agent. I had dealt with 5 other agents that didn't want to show certain homes because of my price range and some never even returned my call. Hannah returned my calls as fast as she could, even on Saturday night eating dinner with her family and answered all my questions even on Easter weekend. We looked at a few homes and finally found the right property. From the time I put in my offer it seemed like it was just a few weeks I was closing on my new home. Hannah took care of everything and was there during inspection asking questions and setting up the appraisall and anything else that needed to be done. I believe it only took 3 weeks from the time the offer was made to the closing date. She's dedicated to her job and her clients and very professional along with a since of humor. She helped me get great insurance, worked great with the timing of me meeting my deadline by 2 weeks early. There is soo many great things to say about Hannah and my experience working with her. I will never use another agent, Hannah is my agent in the future. If you are wanting an agent that will work hard for you and will step up to go beyond her duties to help her clients, look no further. She is a real estate agent 24/7, She doesnt have any other jobs like the other agents did. so you wont be put on the back burner like other agents will.
