Being a native of Oconee County has served me well with clients who want to know the history of the area before the inception of Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell or Interstate 85. Having witnessed these improvements to this area has allowed me a front row seat to the changes in the area.
I grew up in the house where I now live. I was brought up in a large family of seven children, number six is my post, which taught me how to give and take, laced with an abundance of giving. I am divorced with no children, but I have been blessed to have been a part of the lives of neices and nephews growing up on the farm also.
The farm where I now live has been home to my family for four generations since 1901. Farm life teaches patience, self sacrifice, fortitude and a reliance on our Christian Faith. Bringing this heritage with me as a Realtor has taught me to be patient and kind and to give the very best to each and every client; providng for them what they may not be able to do for themselves, searching for all the alternatives to make their dreams become a reality.
Real Estate is my second career. I spent thirty eight years in Dentistry as a Dental Hygienist., which taught me compassion, caring and an understanding of any individual's circumstance, including having a fear of Dentistry. Being a good listener was of utmost importance and has served me well as a Realtor. After working as a Realtor for more than a decade, I have learned to give advice to both Buyeers and Selleers to facilitate seamless closings for both.
As you might imagine, I love seeing my clients get into their dream home, but I also have a special desire to help my clients either buy or sell land. My father often said, "Buy land, they are not making anymore."
I am deeply engrained into this comunnity and I look forward to helping you, my client, through the purchase of your heavenly place here on earth.
