I first knew Ed when we both taught at Page High School. I retired and we no longer saw each other. About fifteen years later I was looking for a realtor to list and sell my condo. I interviewed several agents but I did not feel comfortable listing with any of them. I had seen Ed’s information on Facebook and decided to call him. I knew he was honest and would be truthful about what needed to be done to sell the house. He arrived with a notebook of information about my condo and comparables in the neighborhood. He approved the work that was underway and suggested other work that could improve the house even more. Since I had three dachshund children, the decision was made for me to move to my new home, get the place polished and shininbefore it was placed on the market. Ed was agreeable and I packed the truck and moved to my Florida home. This left Ed to coordinate improvements at my house. He coordinated putting up a backsplash, minor repairs, installation of a new dishwasher, and painting the entire house. He handled all of this with professionalism and patience. Ed hand done his homework and we set the sale price. Finally the house was ready for the market. Multiple offers were made the first day! When the buyer backed out just before closing, Ed handled the change and my panic calmly and with determination. When the house went back on the market, another offer on day one. Ed handled the back and forth negotiations smoothly and the sale was finalized. I give my wholehearted support to Ed Kimbrough. He went above and beyond the call of duty helping to ready my condo for sale. He was in contact with me almost daily and I knew exactly where the house was in preparation for sale. We've known Ed for over 20 years. Our youngest son Josh was in the band during his first career as a high school band director. I knew Ed was a big influence on Josh during those four years and after when he went off to college.
