Since starting with the Allen Tate Company in 1997, helping my clients sell and buy a home has been a rewarding endeavor. Finding the right home affects the quality of life. Helping define that list of things to do is part of my service. Defining the potential buyer is important as well as designing a personalized marketing plan.

When buying your next home, a definition of criteria is essential. Sometimes the definition changes as awareness of the market influences your priorities. Together, we search for a solution to your housing need, where it is and how it functions for you.

Closing a deal requires diligence, knowledge and patience. Working with your team of lender, insurance agent, inspector and others to coordinate the details is another crucial layer of service. I work to keep you smiling throughout the whole process
