Caroline Landreth

As a fourth generation Greensboro native, I have strong roots and a vast knowledge of her neighborhoods and all the uniqueness each one has to offer. I grew up in historic Hamilton Lakes and graduated from Grimsley High School. I received my degree in Dental Hygiene from GTCC and practiced all over the Triad, including Guilford Community Care Network, a non-profit clinic for our underserved citizens, as their lead hygienist. My decade of experience in the dental field prepared me well for a career in real estate which requires attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, as well as knowing how to advocate for and serve others. 

I live in Greensboro with my husband and our young daughter. Everyday is an adventure. We love to cook, travel, and partake in all the fun the Triad has to offer. Some of our favorite spots are the Greensboro Farmers’ Curb Market, Country Park, The Natural Science Center, and the Children’s Museum. We love to spend time in the North Carolina mountains as well as visiting with family from Florida and New York. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and from all over the globe. I believe our cultures and our differences are what make life grand.
