Cammy did a fantastic job in getting my house sold. From our first meeting until closing, she went above and beyond. She always kept me up to date with what was going on with showings and offers. She was a great help in gettings things fixed so we could close on time. She is a true professional. I would highly recommend here to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
CAMMY GREER WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. MY FIRST TIME BUYING A HOUSE AND IT COULD NOT HAVE GONE SMOOTHER. SHE IS KIND, CARING, AND HAS AMAZING KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA. I COULD NOT RECCOMEND A BETTER REALTOR TO SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A HOUSE IN THE UPSTATE.
Cammy was wonderful & very pleasant to work with. She did her best to fulfill our wishes at our price range, gathered the information needed, helped inspect for any damages that may need to be addressed. She went above & beyond her call of duty for us.
I love working with Cammy Greer . She helped me find my dream home and helped in every step of the way. When I had a question she answered all of them. I would recommend her if anyone is buying a house.

Where to begin with Cammy Greer? My husband and I were relocating to Oconee County from Texas. We were needing a realtor to listen and hear what we needed and wanted. We were referred to another realtor. When we expressed what our family needed and wanted. The outcome was not pleasant. We were planning a week trip to look at as many houses we could and this other realtor was not listening to our wants and needs. He didn't want to set up anything until we signed a contract with him. He would talk over us and we knew that this was not going to work. One house we found and really loved was listed with Allen Tate. So we called them directly to find out details of this one house. The moment that Cammy called my husband and I knew that she was perfect for us. She listened to us. She explained to us about this one house that we loved. Needless to say we called the other pushy realtor and told him we were going with a different realtor. We sent emails and phone calls back and fourth for a month. I wanted information on schools for our kids. Details of what programs that they were involved in Texas. She was on top of her game. She answered all my questions and if she personally didn't know them, she found someone who did. So when we came for a week to SC to look at houses we were on a time crunch to get something bought. My husband’s work was starting and trying to get the kids established in the area before school started. The pressure was on. The first day in Seneca we met with Cammy at her office. She had all the houses we were interested in and few more that she thought we would like. Had more information about the schools. Current newspaper clipping of the academic programs offered to students in this area. She had our day mapped out. She was very organized and communicated very well. We spent two days looking at houses that were what we were looking for. She listened to us while we were looking at the houses on what we wanted. She really tried to get to know you on a personal level. She told us that she wanted us happy. We decided to make an offer on a house that had a contingency on it. It was a long shot of us getting it, but were hopeful. Cammy explained to us the good, the bad and the ugly. We had to wait for 24 hrs to hear a response. That was a hopeful and stressful 24 hrs. We went out for dinner that night and guess who we see, Cammy. I love the connection we made and the friendship that we were establishing. To be able to see her outside her realtor business and find out she is just the same. She was just as fun and sweet. You see what you get with her. I love that!! She made this process easy for me as a woman. Trusting someone that I hardly knew a month ago. To find my dream house to raise our family in and do all this in a week. Our offer on the 1st house was a bust. The call that Cammy had to make to break my heart was heart felt. She knew how much I wanted this house. I think she was just as crushed as us. We truly believe that God had His hands on this from the beginning and knew that was not the house for us. So the next day we were at it again. Looking at as many houses as possible. I began to get discouraged and frustrated, but Cammy and her charm and calmness made me feel better. She did more than just help us find a house. She really cared for us. We began to tell her that she was our first SC friend. We looked at so many houses and nothing felt right. Then the last house of the day in Walhalla. We walked in and it was the one. It was different from the first house, but felt right. It needed some updates, but all something easily fixed. It has some property with trails, caves and waterfalls. She walked around the property with us. We were planned for an hour and we must have been there for two. We had to fly out the next day. So Cammy set up a time for us to meet the owner in the morning before our flight out to ask her questions. We spent a couple hours again going through the house and making notes of certain things. My husband and I knew that this was our house. We left the house and headed into town to go over contract before we headed to the airport. She walked us through what our contract stated. She made sure that it was what we wanted. We parted ways with a hug and a forever friendship. My husband and I headed back to Texas. Trusting Cammy was taking care of us. She was our eyes and ears in SC. She walked us through every step in the house purchase. We spoke many times by phone, email and text. Buying a home from Texas I thought was going to be hard. Thankful for Cammy and my brother in law. They both worked together to ensure my husband and I were taking care of. Day of closing we were still in Texas. Cammy video called us in for the closing. Thankful for technology and Cammy for allowing us to take part in that. She made sure the house was ready for us feel welcome the first time we walked in as family. So now we are two weeks in living in our lovely home in Walhalla. Cammy still is taking care of us. She sends me local things happening for our kids. She is helping me get comfortable with this area. She will forever be our first SC friend, but a long lasting friendship. Cammy is definitely someone that I would be grateful to see out and about in the area. She has done so much for us. I am forever thankful for her making us feel like top priority. She always was a step ahead of everything. Cammy is such a great person. I love our house very much and hope to never sell, but if i do Cammy is the only person I will ever do business with. I am looking forward to her finding my in laws forever dream home when they make their move from Texas.
Cammy,Thank you for all of the hard work and making this the best real estate transaction we have ever had.
