We recently sold our Climax, NC  home of 22 years. After much consideration we decided to use Brannon Whitesell of Allen Tate Realty. I don't know if I have enough words for Brannon Whitesell. He is literally the absolute best realtor we have every worked with. We have bought and sold homes in 4 different states and he is by far the best. I have very high expectations when it comes to purchases such as real estate. Brannon went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done. We just recently moved back to the area and were on the hunt for our forever home. I think Brannon arranged about 50 homes for us to see. He would show us homes at the drop of a hat. Worked so hard. Then we finally found the home we wanted and was a for sale by owner. They didn't have a realtor representing them and we ran into a few snags. Brannon was so classy and professional.  That's just the kind of guy he is. He ultimately cares about his clients and providing a smooth process at the end of the day. He knows buying a house can be a very stressful situation which is why he jumped right in and communicated with the sellers directly for EVERYTHING since this was a for sale by owner. When we ran into the snags on this property Brannon immediately jumped on it and started doing research. We kept running into wall after wall but Brannon was determined we would get our forever home. He went directly to the city, contractors and county. He spent DAYS at a time on this project and got answers when we kept running into each issues. I think he spent around a total of 3 weeks working on everything we ran into and kept communication flowing between us and the sellers. We have never had a realtor work this hard. I am so proud to call him our real estate agent and would recommend him to anyone. He is professional, ambitious and eager to get the job done!
