Dedicated to proactive and personalized customer service, it is my aim to understand and achieve each client’s specific real estate goals. Equally important to me is taking the initiative to protect clients’ interests by providing facts and research that empower their decisions. Serving as a strong advocate during negotiations, with complete confidentiality and responsive communication, my goal is to exceed clients’ expectations.

My client-centered approach is derived from over 16 years of professional experience working closely with corporate executives, government officials, non-profit leaders, philanthropists, and physicians, both in a consulting capacity and in my past role as Director of Client Relations for Atrium Health’s business development division. The opportunity to work closely with physicians and healthcare executives has given me insight into the unique challenges faced by those in the medical community, and inspired my current work helping busy professionals simplify the home buying or selling process. 

Licensed in both North and South Carolina, I have represented clients in real estate transactions from bustling Uptown Charlotte to the peaceful shores of Lake Wylie. My primary focus is on the midtown communities of Myers Park, Dilworth and South Park, and the suburb communities of Ballantyne, Pineville, Steele Creek, and Matthews (South Mecklenburg County); Weddington, Waxhaw, Wesley Chapel, and Indian Trail (Upper Union County); Belmont (Gaston County); and Indian Land, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Lake Wylie/Clover in South Carolina.

My partnership with one of the market’s top-producing teams provides extensive experience working in sought-after luxury neighborhoods, including The Club at Longview, Heydon Hall, Ballantyne Country Club, Challis Farm, Foxcroft, Providence Plantation, Bridgehampton, McLean, Piper Glen, and more. 

With a specialization in new construction purchases, I leverage existing builder relationships to keep clients abreast of new communities and lesser-known opportunities coming to market. My experience includes working with buyers financing with construction perm and conventional loans, as well as cash purchases. New construction is often an excellent option for buyers in a low-inventory market, and my goal is to equip clients with information that enables them to protect their interests and successfully navigate each step of building a new home.

Certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Military Relocation Professional, I am especially committed to serving the unique real estate needs of both active-duty military and all veterans who have courageously served in our nation’s armed forces.   

As a magna cum laude graduate of Furman University, a member of Furman’s Charlotte Alumni Network, and an advisor to management students at Winthrop University, I have worked with institutional leaders across a broad spectrum of higher education. It has also been a privilege to serve on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations focusing on children’s advocacy, and to be actively involved in philanthropic and community benefit endeavors spanning the Greater Charlotte Region. These experiences have deepened my knowledge of the unique features and local landmarks of communities and neighborhoods across the Queen City.
