I grew up in a house made of wood and stone, but what made it our home were the memories we created together as a family. I would love to help you and your family find the perfect place to create memories of your own. The real estate market can be an intimidating and overwhelming place, but I'll be your compass that keeps us on the path to where your needs meet your desires.
Just like every house, every client is different too, and the things you're looking for will vary. Let's be honest, most moves are necessitated by a need - upsizing for a new arrival or aging parent, downsizing as the house empties, job changes, or something else that has changed how you see your current home. It can all get very complicated and stressful very quickly. I am here to make sure you won't be facing that alone and to act as your guide and advocate every step of the way.
As a Realtor, we are all held to a higher ethical standard. My grandparents long ago instilled in me the values of integrity, hard work, and giving back without expecting anything in return. I have applied that in my 30 years of successful sales and customer service experience where I put others first, listened to their needs, and advocated on their behalf. I can't wait to put my skills to work for you!
Even though I was orphaned at a young age, my grandparents gave me a sense of home. I grew up in Maggie Valley in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Our little house wasn't full of fancy things, but it overflowed with the things that mattered the most like friends, laughter, and love. My wife and I have been in the Triangle for five years now after spending five years in Coral Springs, Florida.
When I'm not helping people find their perfect home, I'm spending time with my family and friends. I'm also very passionate about animals in general and specifically dogs. My wife and I have three retired racing greyhounds of our own and we enjoy fostering, training, and helping fellow dog lovers find their best canine companion. You might bump into me volunteering at a greyhound event, laughing at a great stand-up comedian, at an NC State volleyball, college basketball, or Hurricanes hockey game, perusing a local comic book store, attending local car shows or music performances, or enjoying a round at a beautiful golf course in the area.
