I am originally from the York County area where I was born and raised. I went to school here, am raising my son here and I work here! I have extensive knowledge of the region, having lived in the Carolina's all my life. I began my real estate career in 1997, building homes from the ground up to closing. I especially enjoy remodeling homes and have built solid professional relationships with reputable lenders and contractors. I have a passion for real estate and love the area! Mr. Antonio Wade is excellent with home repairs. While repairing the band seals on the front of my house, a pipe burst underground and he repaired that as well. Mr. Wade instructed me on how to repair my front porch to insure that the band seals would never be damaged by moister again and he gave me some great homeowner advice. Mr. Wade will next build me a 2 car carport and re-do my screened in porch. I would highly recommend Mr. Wade to anyone needing a repairman that does good high quality work. M.
