ANDY BOVENDER - Andy is a Charlotte Native with personal experience in the Char-Meck school system. A graduate of South Meck and UNC-Charlotte, Andy's first love was baseball and spent time playing professional baseball with the Houston Astros. After baseball, Andy entered real estate joining Allen Tate Realtors and in 2006 ranked #5 in sales volume, before becoming a team.
DEBBIE HOOKER - Debbie joined Allen Tate in 2001 after relocating to Charlotte from Florida and experiencing the challenges a family move can bring. Her passion to help others and her incredible work-ethic are one-of-a-kind. Debbie partnered with Andy in 2002, becoming a top producer for the company, and has helped grow the team to what it is today.
CHRIS MAKOWSKI - Chris joined the team in early 2011 after having worked behind the scenes with Allen Tate Realtors for just over four years. Chris brings extensive experience in Customer Service and Project Managementto the table, while serving both as a Buyer Specialist and as the sales manager for the team's expanding sales team.
ROXANNE SLYE - Roxanne relocated here from the Midwest, bringing experience with home sales as a transplant and a local resident. With a blended background in IT, sales and marketing, Roxanne's #1 focus is superior customer service and she is very proud to now be a part of the Andy Bovender Team.
MELANIE LESTER - Melanie's more than 20 years experience in real estate sales, real estate management and corporate office management laid the foundation for her role as the team's closing manager. Her goal is to provide a seamless, stress free closing for each and every client.
JON DARCEY - Jon’s focus is to ensure the Andy Bovender Team stays ahead of the ever changing real estate industry by spear heading innovative systems, processes and fresh programs. With more than 12 years of experience in real estate sales & administration in the Charlotte area; he is prepared to manage the daily operations of the team to ensure our clients receive the legendary, cutting edge customer service they deserve!
DIANE AARTUN - Diane relocated to the area from Ohio, like so many others to break away from the cold winters. She has over 20 years of Real Estate experience and strongly emphasizes the value of building relationships and commitment. She is excited to be part of the Andy Bovender Team.
BEN LASTRA - Ben’s passion for Real Estate sparked after his experiences buying and selling his own homes. After his experiences with other Realtors, he decided that he wants to be the Realtor that provides his clients with the best experience possible. Ben believes that communication is one of the most vital components to a successful real estate experience. He feels his job is to be available to answer his client’s questions, concerns, and ensure that their voice is heard.
TIFF WHITE - Tiffany’s love of real estate shows in her well-rounded career of over 14 years. Her experience in new home construction, the commercial industry, and property management help her see the big picture – real estate is built on relationships and trust. With her kind, positive, and hardworking nature, Tiffany won’t stop until she finds her clients the best fitting community, neighborhood, and home for their lifestyles. And, she is determined to make the home search fun, too!
LINDA BARR - Linda has decided to join the Andy Bovender Team in 2017 to better serve her clients and to add her expertise to the team in a management/consultant role. When not selling Real Estate, you can find Linda playing the piano, taking a long walk, cooking, traveling, and maybe even playing a little golf, Yikes!
VICKI FORD - Vicki began her Real Estate career in 2007 when she and her husband had a need to start marketing and selling the homes that they were building. Since then, Vicki has built and sold a successful property management business, then joined the Andy Bovender Team in 2015.
APRIL HARBIN - Whether listing homes, working with buyers, training or recruiting new agents, or leadership roles, April's experience has been second to none since 2007. Having spent time both as an individual agent and a member of a nationally ranked team, April brings a wealth of knowledge to the Andy Bovender Team.
GEOFFREY KIRBY - Geoff strives for perfection in every aspect of his real estate career. He has been in a client-based atmosphere for the past 16 years, and joined the Bovender Team family in 2017. You will notice quickly that Geoff goes the extra mile for his clients, in whatever fashion that may present itself. He finds a way to remain positive in every situation, striving to achieve the best possible outcome.
MADALYN HULL - Madalyn greatly values the relationships that she builds with her clients and never loses sight of their wishes throughout the selling and/or buying process. Although she started her real estate career in Charleston - Charlotte is now "home". Madalyn lives Uptown where you're likely to find her running, cycling, or socializing when she's not serving her clients.
GLENN BOULEY - Glenn has a passion for customer satisfaction and seeing his clients through to the finish line. His experience in running a family owned and operated commercial print company for 20 years gives him the skills to make sure every need is met.
Wearing many hats in running a company has taught Glenn that no task is too small to ensure his client’s success.
AMBER LONG - When buying or selling a home, you want a real estate professional who is familiar with the market and has the skills to negotiate the best contract on your behalf. Fifteen years in real estate has given Amber extensive knowledge of the industry. Her passion for the business - accompanied by her expertise in it - ensures that she not only meets the desires and needs of her clients...but exceeds them.
ELLEN SUTHER - Ellen originally entered real estate 20 years ago working in new construction sales. Having worked for several local builders and in general brokerage, Ellen’s knowledge of the area from Huntersville to York County is extensive. Passionate and serious about real estate, Ellen desires to find the right fit for each of her clients because she understands it’s the most important aspect of what she does.
LINDA DAY - As a mother of 3 grown children and having moved all over the US from Michigan to Texas to Washington State, Linda has immense experience in what it takes to move a family! Having worked as a design firm executive assistant, Linda is uniquely qualified to help our buyer’s specialist clients! She began in real estate in 2013 and has been on the fast track ever since!
AMY NEWCOMB - Amy is a Charlotte native with over a decade of residential real estate experience ranging from listing and closing management to mortgage origination. As a closing manager for the Andy Bovender Team, she strives to make every aspect from contract to close as seamless as possible. She has great attention to detail to make sure all of our client’s needs are met.
