About Me
Welcome to my Allen Tate page!
I am a Winston Salem native and moved to the Triangle to pursue undergraduate degrees in Business and Sociology at UNC Chapel Hill. I couldn’t stand to leave the area after college and have lived in the South Raleigh/Cary area since.
I have been working in customer service and I take pride in learning what matters most to my clients. I promise to work with you every step of the way and use my knowledge of the local market to make your real estate transaction run seamlessly. I have also worked in the wedding industry and I love seeing how diligent planning and cooperation can lead to a wonderful experience for my customers. Much like planning a wedding, homebuying/selling can be overwhelming and stressful, but I am here to guide you during such a rewarding time!
I have called the triangle home for the past 7 years and as a dance instructor at a local studio, I recognize the importance of finding your family the right community to call home. With a top-rated school system, wonderful entertainment and activities for all ages, your family will find everything it needs here in the Triangle.
A bit about me: I enjoy all things outdoors. You can find me hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring all that North Carolina has to offer. I’m an avid concert-goer and welcome all local food and drink recommendations! From the coast to the mountains, I love that exploring NC’s greatest spots are only a short drive from our area.
