When I was looking at a home I found online and contacted the agent organization listed, they connected me with Amy on the phone. Though I didn't know it then, I couldn't have been more fortunate. Amy is professional, kind and proactively helpful. She made my whole experience of moving back to the south after many years so very positive. After working with her for three months she feels like an old friend. She helped me fulfill a dream of finding the perfect home for this next stage of my life. If you get a chance to work with her, you are lucky....:-)

I called Amy because I saw her on facebook and I knew she had horses. I asked if she knew any realtors!! She said she was and would love to come take a look at our home. It is a custom built home on land and we both knew it would take a special buyer. We had horse stalls in the huge recreational room. We used to keep horses in the stalls before we left on a long trip or if the weather was terrible or if my wife was working on her farrier skills. It was a perfect set up for us, but we knew it would be hard to sell to just anyone. Being a builder she came up with all sorts of ideas that could be used to sell the house. She brought as many clients as other agents and eventually she acted as a dual agent to sell our incredible home. She became a good friend and she and my wife would go riding sunday afternoons along the Chatooga River Amy was fun, patient, smart and saavy. She always looked at the postive and worked hard to get this place sold. We were able to build our new home in Alabama while we lived here and then it became more in Alabama and less here. She kept up by driving up to check on the house and did so every showing She found great buyers and they now have a beautiful art studio and people can stay while they learn from the talented artist that bought the place. She was there every step of the way We are glad we found her, she worked hard for her commission ,but in the end the best part was adding a new friend and horse partner as well. We would highly recommend Amy. She just does more than the average agent, she finds a way to make a sale when it seems impossible She has a positive attitude and will not give up

Amy was very helpful from the start. We had planned on buying a new home that was under construction. We picked out all our colors, tile etc and had the closing set but their timing fell through and the builder did not get the house done, or even close to done. We were now stranded, in a tight spot due to my house selling and having no place to live. I have small kids and this was quite a testing time. Amy got busy and started looking and actually found us a FSBO home. She met with the owners, previewed the house and then had us come take a look It was located in more convient area and Amy was able to negogiate with the FSBO. We got into the house in a reasonable amount of time. I am a mortgage agent and I know the process and Amy was more than willing to work with my attorneys and even do the closing at a bank locally Everything I ask her to do she was able to get done and we moved into our new home and could not be happier. The kids, my husband and family all agreed that this house ended up being a better situation I am thankful we had Amy Gantt to help us along the way She made a hard situation bearable and we even had some laughs I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling, she will work until she find you a home and is not afraid to look under every stone to find what you need.
I had a beautiful horse farm up in Mountain Rest. I built it myself and had a small busines taking people horse back riding along the Chatooga river. They could stay at my home or hook up to one of several trailer spots if they brought their own horses. I put a lot of hard work and loved my home Amy, being a horse woman, knew the area well and had just sold another horse farm up the street She worked hard to market this home as we both knew it would take a special person to buy this particular horse farm. We actually came across a client who did not have an agent. Amy did not flinch but worked with them, making sure all documents got taken care of on both sides. She was my agent but helped the buyers when they needed a question answered She worked with all the attorneys along the way as they buyers had to sell their house and then buy mine. It was quite a process, but I am so pleased with the outcome. The people who bought my home love it and put it to good us right away. Amy drove up here many times as I do not have email and if a document needed to be signed she would drive up and we would talk and tell horse stories and enjoy the views. I told her all sorts of stories, she listened to what I wanted done and did what I asked of her. She followed my wishes and kept things private. I enjoyed all the prospective clients she brought to show the house She was almost there for every showing. She brought almost 100% of the buyers If she knew another agent was bringing someone she talked to them ahead of time so they would know all the details of the farm, the barn, the trails, and the house. She listened and took good care of my needs and the needs of the buyers We walked through all the paperwork in person and she was there whenever I needed to call her I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling She went the extra mile to make me happy and she does the same for all those she works with. I am glad we became friends I am please with the outcome of the sale

My husband and I decided to relocate to South Carolina from New Jersey. We began the process of searching for an area... Amy was extremely knowledgeable of the towns, gave us suggestions of where to look after she listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us each of the areas we were interested in. Once we decided on the Mountain Rest / Walhalla area, Amy took the time to go to different properties, video her walk throughs and added helpful narrative - it felt like we were there with her! She was always willing to go to the homes we thought would be what we wanted. Amy was easy to reach, answered all of our questions (and we had many of them!!!) and showed sincere desire to help us find what we wanted and never settle. We eventually found a home we loved (after almost a year of phone calls, weekend trips and videos). Once we began the closing process, Amy found restrictions and knew immediately that this property was now not what we wanted. She was relentless to help find a solution. If she didn't know an answer, she knew who to call to find the answer. I can't imagine how many hours Amy spent working on solving the problem - but she was our hero and made it all possible. My husband and I are now proud owners of a 5 acre mini farm in the area of our dreams. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to purchase a home - she has amazing ideas, insight and is an honest and true person. I am thankful for her... always!
Amy played an integral part in helping us land our dream “Lakefront Property”. She negotiated the precise terms of the purchase and guided us throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond our expectations.

We were very pleased with the service and attention that we received from Amy Gantt as our realtor. She had a very good understanding of the property values and intricacies concerning lake life and lake property. Also, she listened to us as the customer to truly understand our needs and desires, and was then able to show us houses that met the criteria that we had established. We were on a relatively tight timeline and we appreciated her not wasting our time showing us houses that were either out of our price range (upselling) or that did not meet our needs. The strongest recommendation that I can give is that I will gladly use her again if I have any other realtor needs.
