My history in Real Estate goes back to 1995. Since that time I have been an ACTIVE Real Estate Investor, buyer and seller of single family homes, office condos, small apartment complexes, land and land development, Foreclosures, Bank REOs, HUD properties, Short Sales and any investor Real Estate needs.

In addition specifically enjoy working with home buyers to help them purchase their first dream home, or move up to their dream home in the "perfect" community.

Working with home sellers, has been an extreme pleasure. Helping home sellers by assisting and extensively marketing their current home. This allowed the home seller to see and experience their bigger picture and dreams.
