“My wife Jan and I decided to move South when we retired five years ago. We were looking for a nice place to build a home near a lake. On an earlier visit through the Charlotte area, we took some time to look around Lake Norman. When the time finally came to find land, we started our search in Virginia and then into North Carolina.

Friends living in Concord took us around Lake Norman and showed us the Crescent Community of Northview Harbour in Sherrill's Ford. Upon entering the sales office, we were greeted by the secretary and then introduced to Tim Wells.
