“My wife Jan and I decided to move South when we retired five years ago. We were looking for a nice place to build a home near a lake. On an earlier visit through the Charlotte area, we took some time to look around Lake Norman. When the time finally came to find land, we started our search in Virginia and then into North Carolina.

Friends living in Concord took us around Lake Norman and showed us the Crescent Community of Northview Harbour in Sherrill's Ford. Upon entering the sales office, we were greeted by the secretary and then introduced to Tim Wells. Tim invited us to look over the map of the community and then graciously took us on a tour of the area and walked us through several homes in the process of being built. When it came time to pick out a lot, Tim was right there to walk us around the many properties for sale in the price range Jan and I were interested in.

After returning to New York with an arm full of covenants and Architecture and Landscape Standards, we received a call from Tim asking if we had any questions or if we were ready to make a decision. Never did he pressure us or push a ‘hard sell’ attitude. We finally made our decision and purchased the lot long distance.
