Hello Prospective clients. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1996 with degree in Management. I was hired by National Cash Advance as a Branch Manager. I was responsible for maintaining customers accounts and accurate accounting ledgers. I hired and trained new personnel. After two years of service with National Cash Advance, I was hired by American Airlines. With the experience of customer service and management, I had the fundamental bases of handling a much larger customer base. I handled any arising situations with customers in a professional and timely manner. I made sure the customer had a positive and pleasurable experience with American Airlines. I was with American for 17 years.

With all the years of customer service and problem solving experience, I wanted a career change but still use my attributes. I went back to college and received my real estate license from Central Piedmont Community College in 2016. After I received my license, I sought out to find a reputable real estate company.
