Stephanie began on her path as a trusted real estate advisor in 1996 when she joined Allen Tate as a sales agent. After a rewarding 11-year career in sales, she transitioned into a leadership role in 2007, and now leads the Lake Norman and Davidson offices of Allen Tate.

She holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the highest credential awarded to managers in the residential real estate field, recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Stephanie holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. She lives in Lake Norman's Birkdale Village community with her husband Mark, and their daughter Ava Mae.
