Roz and her team worked within our relocation package both when we moved to
the area and then again when we sold the house and moved away 4 yrs later.
She is very knowledgeable about area and the schools. She offered her
opinion on the potential resale of the house when we purchased in 2004 which
became invaluable when we sold at the height of the housing/mortgage fiasco
in late 2008. As a result we sold our house during the worst possible time
after being on the market for only 4 months (with one previous deal having
fallen through because of the lending) and for a gain of $25,000 over what
we paid for the house. While the gain wasn't substantial we were grateful
for it given the housing market at the time. Roz helped us to buy a house
that could be sold again easily and then proved her intuition about the
resale value by selling it in a down market. Any agent can show houses, but
Roz's team will give you the insight you need to make a good investment.
She told me exactly what changes I needed to do to the house to help it sell
and her ideas made a big difference. Her team doesn't just sit waiting for
the buyer's agent to see your house on the MLS. They call all the agents in
the area and SELL it to them to make them aware of what your house has to
offer. Because of the down housing market, I received several low ball
offers and Roz didn't blink when I turned them down. She agreed with me and
didn't try to pressure me to take less than it was worth to have a quick
sale. Tell her how fast you need your house to sell and she'll tell you
what price it needs to be at. I highly recommend Roz for either buying or
selling your house.

I found myself in need to sell my home due to the recent economic recession and downsize to a smaller home. I had interviewed a few realtors in town. What separated Roz from the others was here honesty and realistic approach to selling my home, along with her reputation as being one of the top realtors in the community.
