Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them and their best interest



Highly experienced negotiator, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, refer to attorney for legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.



Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value prior to listing a home on the market and client's Offering to Purchase



Display and market real property to possible Buyers; Exposure for my Seller's home in the MLS of the Carolinas and uploading professional photos to my personal Zillow account for ultimate exposure to the public is a plus



Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, addendums, due diligence repairs requested, leases, closing estimates etc)



Maintain and update listings on my available properties for the highest profit



Cooperate with home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents for a smooth transaction beyond my client's expectations



I have developed networks and cooperate with preferred attorneys, mortgage lenders, insurance agents and contractors



Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services



Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
