Looking for New Construction? Approximately 40% of all home sales in South Charlotte are New Construction. We have direct access to over 30 builders and a huge assortment of builder’s sites and plans. Some buyers go directly to builders thinking that they can deduct builder’s fees, but this is simply not true! I save buyers of New Construction, thousands of dollars each year, by simply asking the right questions. Remember, the on-site person at any new subdivision is working for the builder, not you. So buyer representation can save you a lot of money and headaches.
For Sellers ~ Our team is regarded as one of the area’s most creative marketing specialists. About 80% of our listed homes sell, which is double the average.
