Hi, my name is Page Thomas and I have been active in the Chapel Hill/Durham real estate market for over 30 years. During this time I have been a Realtor, Broker in Charge, Investor and Developer. Chapel Hill has been my hometown since I moved to 501 North Street in second grade, and I have lived here most of my life. I went to Glenwood, Estes Hills and Chapel Hill High School and earned a BS in Economics at UNCG. My real estate credentials include a Graduate of The Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Commercial Investment Real Estate Member (CCIM) and Real Estate Broker in Charge eligible status for NC and SC. I enjoy golf, duplicate bridge, basketball, tennis, and international travel.

My first job after UNCG was as a Realtor at Fisher-Fisher Realtors in Chapel Hill.

Then I became a Domino's Pizza Manager in Chapel Hill. I owned and operated 5 Domino's Pizza Stores in Central Florida after I became eligible to franchise.

After selling my Domino's Pizza operation I moved back to Chapel Hill and opened Thomas's Table Restaurant in Timberlyne Shopping Center.

I sold Thomas's Table to a well-known local named "Charlie Two Shoes" and then I started a real estate brokerage business called Page Thomas Properties which was located on Franklin Street.

A public real estate investment trust named Koger Equity Inc. offered me a job as a Leasing Manager in Charlotte, and I jumped at the chance to learn the Charlotte market.

Parthenon Realty, LLC offered me a job as General Manager and City Leader for their operation. I was in charge of two office parks with 500,000 RSF of space.

The Lake Norman Company hired me as their General Manager and COO. I managed several office buildings, marinas, restaurants, and a storage facility.

After leaving the Lake Norman Company I started Thomas Office Properties which was a full service real estate brokerage operation.
