"Real estate is not necessarily a business of addresses, construction style or even neighborhoods. Real estate is a business of information and education. The more you know, the better decision you are able to make for yourself (and family). For the most in-depth coverage of neighborhoods, communities, areas and homes, Michele has the ability to data-mine the pertinent facts and present them in an understandable, comprehensive and cohesive manner. Listening to the Client is one of her strongest suits; she has a keen mind and is a master negotiator. In the state of NC, where Buyers can choose the type of representation they want, you definitely want her on your side. Sellers will appreciate the lengths she does to in order to protect their investment. Her ability to achieve a "win-win" situation for both sides is unparalleled. With the goal of getting to closing, Michele understands a smooth transaction benefits both parties."

While I started my real estate career in 1997 in New Construction, and have a vast knowledge base regarding city ordinances, building code & standards, my bread and butter is re-sales: single family residences, condominiums/ townhomes, etc. I have been certified as a CRS, ABR and GRI. I am a HUD-licensed broker, specializing in the Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND), Owner-Occupant sales and investors.
In our social society, having an extensive web and media presence is imperative in the real estate industry. My listings are broadcast to over 500 other real estate sharing websites to leverage their exposure. Besides sharing applicable information and exhibiting an astute business acumen, it allows a connectivity that would otherwise be neglected.
I am proficient in GIS, as well as most OS platforms and software applications such as MS Office. I have a viable presence on:
- Vine, Klout and Screenr
If you are "tech-savvy" Buyer, I have the ability to create searches with parameters that you set, email properties when they hit the market (and NOT just my listings, but all of our MLS participants), and provide a personal video update sent to your email/ smartphone as we progress from contract-to-close. If you are a seller, then you may appreciate the YouTube presence your home will have.
I am originally from Burlington, NC, but I have lived all over the country; I just always come back to this state! :) I love that Charlotte has so much to offer in terms of culture (we have GREAT museums and parks), sports (Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Knights and NASCAR) and locality; 2 hours to go skiing in the winter and in 3.5 hours you can be at Wilmington/ Wrightsville Beach
While I started college as a Theater/ Dance major at East Carolina University, I switched over to Chemistry after going thru the program. I finished my degree, however, at University of North Carolina in Charlotte with a BA in molecular biology. UNC-C is one of the fastest growing universities in the state with state-of-the-art facilities we can all be proud of!
Charlotte is a family-friendly, "up-scale-but-down-home", vibrant place to move to or raise your family! Let me show you some of the wonderful opportunities that moving to Charlotte will bring!
