Meet Martina Linford

Martina has lived in three European countries and three U.S. states, so she understands the stresses of relocating and finding a new home. Now as a Charlotte area Realtor, she's here to help alleviate those pressures and guide you through the process of home buying or selling.

"I've moved so much myself I know what it's like. I can relate well to my clients."

Her top priority is listening to her clients' needs.

"I can narrow it down pretty quickly for them. I love helping people."

A native of Germany - who has lived in Belgium, England, California and Illinois before making her home in Charlotte - she can relate to learning about new local culture. Martina says the Charlotte area is one of the most welcoming and friendliest places she's lived.

"I know what they feel like when they get here. It's fun to watch and relive what we went through when we came here, and it makes me appreciate the Carolinas so much more."

She is affable and knowledgeable and knows how to handle challenges. A former competitive swimmer, she dives in to excel in her real estate field, having earned Allen Tate awards including Monthly Top Performer, Quarter VIP and other achievements.

While home buying and selling is serious business, she says it's important to be able to laugh through the stress and keep a sense of humor.

"I'm there for my clients. I like to stay in touch."

Martina enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and dog. They enjoy cooking and exploring new restaurants, and meeting up with friends.
