Mark Bardo oversees the company's residential administration departments. He facilitates the development of tools and procedures that help to improve our Realtors delivery of the company's services to buyers and sellers. In addition, Mark manages the company’s e-commerce strategy for lead generation and lead management from the company Web site, AllenTate.com. He also monitors the site functionality to ensure that Allen Tate Company utilizes the latest technology and procedures aimed at providing the best consumer experience.

In the real estate business since 1986, Mark joined Allen Tate Company in 1997. Previous to joining Allen Tate, Mark began his career in property management with Merritt Associates, Inc., a four-office real estate firm in suburban Manhattan, NY. He was named Executive Vice-President where he oversaw the operation of the 85-agent, $365 million company. Mark also worked for Watson Realty Corp., Florida’s largest real estate company, as Director of Relocation for their Central Florida region.

Since joining Allen Tate, Mark has filled many positions including Director of Operations, Manager of the Lake Norman and Providence@485 office, interim president of Allen Tate Relocation and has also coordinated acquisitions in the Gaston County, Lancaster County, Cleveland County and Triad regions.

Mark resides in the Lake Norman area with his wife, Mary Beth. They enjoy boating on Lake Norman and the coast of the Carolinas.
