Who Are We

JC and I are a full-time, husband and wife real estate broker team with Allen Tate Company. We have been working in the Charlotte/Lake Norman residential market since 2009 and have found great success as a result of hard work and putting our clients needs first. We bring a combined 40+ years of experience which includes strong market knowledge, marketing experience and an open, honest communication style, which we put to work for our clients' success. To say it plainly, "JC and I love what we do". 

We are great listeners and care about what our clients want and help them to reach their goals. The proof is in the fact that over the years so many of our clients have become our personal friends. A large percentage of our business is from our past clients and their referrals, which we are extremely grateful.
