Morgan Womble is a Raleigh native and after serving in the Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team (F.A.S.T. Company) in the United States Marine Corps and graduating from NC State, joined the real estate business in 2001. Being a Broker and NC General Contractor himself, Morgan works closely with builders, developers and land investors. In addition, Morgan is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and has a passion for land stewardship and conservation.

Katie Womble is a licensed real estate assistant and produces and oversees the marketing, advertising and paperwork of our team inventory. Being very detailed and creative in marketing, Katie works closely with publications to insure that advertising is presented to the reader in an inviting and concise format.

Jeff Garrett joins the team as a NC State graduate with 15 + years of marketing and sales. With his knowledge and technology background, Jeff will provide personalized service to help find your dream home or sell your existing home.

In 2010, Gardner Reynolds, a Raleigh native, joined the team as the media producer. Gardner has over 20 years experience in video production, audio production, internet marketing, and photography and web design and too is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. In addition to our highly successful and traditional methods of real estate marketing, now with Gardner on the team as our media and internet marketing professional, we offer the most comprehensive real estate marketing platform in the state for farms, ranches, recreational and investment properties.
