After nearly 12 years in the foodservice and related businesses, Jon went to work selling new homes on-site for a local Charlotte area builder in 2001. In 2003, Jon began his partnership with Allen Tate Realtors. Teaming up with long-time friend and neighbor Tim Medlin, Jon has enjoyed focusing on the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers alike. Utilizing a "folksy" approach along with an effective professionalism has provided the Medlin-Zavodny Team with high marks in client satisfaction and delivered positive results. Jon and Tim have achieved consistent production over the past 9 years in the top 10% of all Allen Tate Agents. To date, they have helped Piedmont area home sellers and buyers close over $70 Million Dollars of residential and commercial Real Estate. Known in the office as the "Dynamic Duo," Tim and Jon have a broad range of area knowledge and have assisted in the sale of homes from Gastonia to Greensboro and from Mooresville to Monroe.
