I’m proud to call Charlotte my home! Having watched it grow from its humble beginnings with a few tall buildings uptown to the Queen City of the South that it is today. I’ve enjoyed seeing the exciting expansion of housing and commerce while keeping its small-town beliefs! Where there were once fields, two-lane roads and unused buildings there is now historically preserved modern housing and office space. Where there were once open fields, there are neighborhoods, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Two-lane roads are now multi-lane and with the soon-to-be completion of the blue line extension, these avenues connect the southern and northern tips of our city.

Having raised my children here, they have been exposed to that small-town feel, but with the advantages of the big city opportunities. This this what makes Charlotte so unique. Coming from a small town in the Midwest with small town values, Charlotte was immediately appealing. Those small-town values that I grew up with and that Charlotte possesses carry over from my family life to my professional life. Whether it’s been my participation on PTO boards to charity work or coupled with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve learned to take the time to stop and listen. To make sure my clients receive the “neighborly” respect and assistance they need when seeking either a new home or selling an existing one.

If you are a buyer searching for your new home, what does that look like to you? Who’s listening to what characteristics are important to YOU? Who are you placing your trust in to handle one of the biggest transactions in your life?

If you are listing your home, what are the goals that you are trying to achieve? Who do you have to rely on to make sure your home is properly prepared to list? Market it’s advantages? Walk you through all the negotiations?

My clients receive and deserve my upmost attention. I’m your adviser during the selection of a new home or the process of listing your current home; I’m your advocate during negotiations; the “task master” to make sure deadlines are met and a liaison with all matters regarding the transaction. I’m here to offer you small-town values, in our big city life. I’m not just another realtor, I’m that “someone” you can count on.
