I apologize for taking so long to send this to you. I wanted to write you a quick note to tell you how much I have appreciated your help, guidance and most of all your friendship. Our task to sell and buy a home in one month seemed almost too much to imagine. However, you made Robin and I feel at ease. There never seemed a time when you grew weary of our phone calls or showing us houses, no matter how far away they were. Further, I appreciated the patience that you showed when I had difficulty in understanding certain issues. Most importantly, your professionalism showed through on moving day. Though we encountered several obstacles from the buyer, you masterfully handled the situation, which allowed me to focus on the move. When I was in a bind, you offered to take loads of boxes and clothes to our new house, just to make things easier on me.

I can't tell you how much all of those things spoke to me. You went well beyond the expectations that anyone would have had for a realtor; rather you approached the evolution as a friend.

As of yesterday, I have been mobilized. I'm here in Charleston, waiting to be shipped over to the Middle East. During my time of reflection on those who have meant most to me, I have thought mostly of my family and friends. Far too often we neglect to tell them how much they really mean to us and I wanted to take the time to tell you "thanks" as my realtor, but most of all, I wanted to say "thank you" as my friend.
