I joined Allen Tate Realtors full time in September of 2014, with a mission to provide every client with the best advice and expertise to make buying and selling their home an exciting, enjoyable experience. Whether you are an investor, first time home buyer, or whomever, I can help you in all of your buying or selling needs. With inventory levels very low, now is a great time to sell your home. As your listing agent, I have proven strategies to minimize time on the market, and increase your sales price for your home. As a buyers agent, I also have proven strategies to help your offer stand out from others, and get the house you want in highly competitive multiple bid situations.
I moved to the triangle area in 2007; I have lived in Raleigh, Cary, and Durham. I grew up in South Carolina, and graduated from USC with a degree in business administration. While in SC, I worked in sales, customer service and loyalty management. I also worked as an enumerator for the U.S. Census bureau in Raleigh and Cary as part of the 2010 U.S. census. I also held a real estate appraisal trainee license, and was a state certified legal assistant in NC before obtaining his real estate license; I find both of these extremely useful in real estate. I also obtained an associates degree in paralegal technology at Durham Technical Community College; I was president of the Paralegal Club, and volunteered at the Avery Boys and Girls Club of Durham.
I am currently a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Community Service Committee. I am also actively involved with Love Mutts Rescue in the Raleigh area.
