Hilary has been a full time real estate professional with the number 1 real estate company in the Carolinas since 1995. As a lifetime resident, Hilary offers a unique perspective on the area and the marketplace. An expert in her field, Hilary Broadway is constantly learning and growing through seminars and classes. Her passion for excellence has developed into training. She trains regionally for her company on several topics, including the art of negotiations and technology. Recognized as a leader in the industry, Hilary was appointed to the 2012 Professional Standards Committee for the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.

In addition to her thriving real estate career, Hilary has a strong belief in giving back to the community. Hilary has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce since 2010, for two years as Vice President of Business Education and Advocacy, and was appointed 2012 Vice President of Business Growth and Regional Development. In this role Hilary is the Chamber's representative to the Lake Norman Regional Economic Development Corporation. Hilary has also served as the Chamber's representative to the Regional Roads Committee, a consortium of seventeen chambers of commerce since 2010. Hilary served for four years as an event coordinator for American Cancer Society and has also coordinated fundraisers and drives for the National Marrow Foundation. An advocate for children and education, Hilary has served as a volunteer with Jr. Achievement and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools since 2008. Hilary volunteers at her church, Mt. Zion United Methodist, working with the children's music program. She also sings with the choir in their seasonal performances.
